Service, Service Everywhere: My Hosted PBX System

I know that it is a tough time right now and I am hoping that I will continue to survive and even thrive. But I also know that the world of business is more competitive than ever; people are not spending money and when they do they are doing it much more carefully. I need to make sure that I am always on my game with how I am treating my customers and clients so that their choice will be a no-brainer when it comes to choosing between my services and the similar services that are offered to them on a daily basis. There is no excuse for getting lazy and no excuse for inconsistency; the minute you relax some other company will take your place - you can bet on that.
It is this philosophy that I take to the table when I am dealing with my own vendors. I know the high level of service that I offer my customers and I expect that same level of service from the vendors that I choose to service my needs. For my office phone system, for example, I chose a small business VoIP system. I had many options when it came to choosing a provider and I researched all of them carefully.
Ultimately I choose a hosted PBX provider that has a strong reputation in the industry for service. High quality technology and products is a given when you are looking for a small business phone system that will be effective now and in the future. But as far as I’m concerned service is just as important. I have enough on my plate running my own business and I wanted to make sure that this would not just be another headache. The provider I chose, however, has made me feel comfortable that I am in the right hands.
